Coral Gables

Our Coral Gables room sits right on Miracle Mile, with wide windows onto the street and an open kitchen you can watch all night. It is a warm, unfussy dining room built for long tables, which is why our regulars pick it for birthdays, anniversaries, and the kind of dinner that runs two hours past the reservation.

The cooking here leans a little Tuscan compared to our other rooms, and the house staples stay close. Pasta made in the morning, salumi cured the way Angelo learned back home, and regional Italian wines to match. When the weather cooperates, the courtyard opens up and the long tables move outside.

Come early and walk the Mile before dinner. The Miracle Theatre is a couple of blocks down, and on a good evening the Gables does a fine impression of an Italian passeggiata.
