Question 1

How fast will we hear back?

Accepted Answer

Julie, our events coordinator, will review your details and reach out within 24 hours to finalize everything. Want to talk it through sooner? Call (786) 723-6780.

Question 2

Is there a guest minimum?

Accepted Answer

Our set menus start at 11 guests. Have 10 or fewer? Book a regular table through our reservations page and we will take great care of you. Groups of 11 to 15 book with a set menu, or call us about a la carte.

Question 3

Can we book the Winter Room or the Front Patio?

Accepted Answer

The Winter Room and the Front Patio are part of a total venue buyout. For a smaller group, the Salumi Room seats up to 50 fully private, or up to 25 semi-private. Julie can help you pick.

Question 4

What does a buyout include?

Accepted Answer

The whole restaurant is yours, up to 150 seated a block from the ocean, including the Winter Room and the Front Patio. Buyouts at Atlantic Beach are quoted directly by Julie so the numbers fit your date and headcount.

Question 5

How does the open bar work?

Accepted Answer

You pick a bar package and a duration. Every guest 21 and over drinks on one flat per person price for 2 or 3 hours, and we handle the pouring, the stocking, and the tabs.

Question 6

What do the kids eat?

Accepted Answer

Guests 12 and under get their own menu at $45 per child, so nobody at the table gets stuck with a grown-up portion they will not finish.

Question 7

Our group is bigger than the rooms listed

Accepted Answer

That is what the venue buyout is for. Up to 150 guests get the whole restaurant, and Julie will walk you through exactly how the night flows.

Question 8

Is holiday pricing different?

Accepted Answer

Big dates like New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve price differently. Pick your date in the builder and Julie confirms the exact details with your proposal.

Question 9

Can I bring a cake?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own cake at no extra charge.

Question 10

Can I bring my own decorations?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you may bring any décor you'd like, as long as there are no open-flame candles. LED candles are perfectly fine.

Question 11

Can I arrive early to set up?

Accepted Answer

Guests may arrive up to 1.5 hours before the event to set up décor. If you think you'll need more time, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Question 12

Can I offer my children a simpler pasta option?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our children's menu includes kid-friendly pasta options that are perfect for younger guests.

Question 13

How do you handle allergies and dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Once at the restaurant, our team will present you with the available choices that accommodate your dietary needs. We always do our best to offer alternatives based on what's available at the time.

Question 14

What are the open bar rules?

Accepted Answer

The whole party takes part since the package includes plenty of non-alcoholic options. Coffee and bottled water are billed separately. When a 2 hour package ends, later drinks go to a running tab for the host. And if you book the Full Bar for 3 hours with a full restaurant buyout, coffee is on us.
