Is there a guest minimum?

Our set menus start at 11 guests. Have 10 or fewer? Book a regular table through our reservations page and we will take great care of you. Groups of 11 to 15 book with a set menu, or call us about a la carte.

Can the VIP Room be split for smaller groups?

Yes. The VIP Room divides into a front section for up to 24 and a back section for up to 42, and the back has an 85" TV with HDMI for presentations. Book the entire VIP Room for up to 66. The builder shows you the sections that fit your group.

What does a buyout include?

The space is fully yours for the evening. Buyouts at Weston are quoted directly by Julie so the numbers fit your date, your headcount, and how long you want the room.

How does the open bar work?

You pick a bar package and a duration. Every guest 21 and over drinks on one flat per person price for 2 or 3 hours, and we handle the pouring, the stocking, and the tabs.

What do the kids eat?

Guests 12 and under get their own menu at $45 per child, so nobody at the table gets stuck with a grown-up portion they will not finish.

That is what the total venue buyout is for. The whole restaurant seats 141, including the Main Dining room, and Julie will walk you through how the night flows.

Is holiday pricing different?

Big dates like New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve price differently. Pick your date in the builder and Julie confirms the exact details with your proposal.

Can I bring a cake?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own cake at no extra charge.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes — you may bring any décor you'd like, as long as there are no open-flame candles. LED candles are perfectly fine.

Can I arrive early to set up?

Guests may arrive up to 1.5 hours before the event to set up décor. If you think you'll need more time, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Once at the restaurant, our team will present you with the available choices that accommodate your dietary needs. We always do our best to offer alternatives based on what's available at the time.

What are the open bar rules?

The whole party takes part since the package includes plenty of non-alcoholic options. Coffee and bottled water are billed separately. When a 2 hour package ends, later drinks go to a running tab for the host. And if you book the Full Bar for 3 hours with a full restaurant buyout, coffee is on us.
